Sir Smoke A Lot got its start as the name of my competition team when I started competing in KCBS contests. After a few years, I transitioned into creating a part-time business venture where I would cook for catered parties and vend at local events. After a few more years, I left my IT career to work out of my barbecue trailer seasonally setting up different locations in the area.
After 6 years, I finally have my first brick-and-mortar location! While this will undoubtedly occupy most of my time, the trailer will still be seen out and about at various events in the St. Croix Falls area. I would love the opportunity to treat you to some AWARD-WINNING BARBECUE either our new location at 1984 US Hwy 8 in St. Croix Falls or at one of the many events we can be found at throughout the Spring, Summer, and Fall.
